Ian Kirschner (ACMG Ski Guide | Owner–Operator, High Country Ski Guide | CAA ITP Instructor & Professional Member)
Ian is based in Golden and has guided heli-skiing, cat skiing, and ski touring throughout BC and Alberta. He founded High Country Ski Guides 10 years ago and brings extensive experience in avalanche education, guiding, and industrial avalanche work.
Steve Crowe (Avalanche Forecaster, Kicking Horse Mountain Resort | CAA Level 3 | Professional Member | Skiing Golden Producer)
Steve has been forecasting at KHMR for nearly a decade and patrolling for much longer. A longtime Golden local, he’s also been sharing snowpack observations through Skiing Golden to help connect resort insights with the surrounding backcountry.
