Dominic Boucher is the Executive Director of Avalanche Québec. For over 25 years, he has been developing and implementing public avalanche safety activities and services for the entire population of Quebec from the Chic-Choc Mountains in the Gaspé Peninsula.

Julie LeBlanc is an experienced avalanche forecaster with Avalanche Québec and Avalanche Canada. A CAA professional member for 15 years, she’s passionate about sharing her knowledge and has been teaching avalanche safety courses for over a decade to both professionals and outdoor enthusiasts.

Jean-François Michaud leads the forecasting team at Avalanche Québec, now in his seventh season with the organization. A backcountry guide in the Chic-Chocs for over 10 years and a passionate skier for nearly 25, he combines hands-on mountain experience with expert knowledge in avalanche forecasting and risk management, helping keep the backcountry community informed and safe.
