SOTS 2026 Polaris 850 RMK Khaos 165 Raffl e Rules (Class A)
1. Eligibility
○ Participants must be 19 years of age or older and reside in British Columbia (or be physically present in BC at the time of purchase).
○ Proof of age and residency may be required before awarding the prize.
○ Tickets may only be purchased by eligible individuals.
2. Ticket Pricing & Structure Tickets are available in the following bundles
○ Bundle D: 20 tickets for $20
○ Bundle C: 100 tickets for $50
○ Bundle B: 250 tickets for $75
○ Bundle A: 500 tickets for $100 The total number of tickets offered will be capped as approved in the offi cial Gaming Event Licence.
3. Sales & Availability
○ Tickets will be sold exclusively online through Raffl ebox, a registered Electronic Raffl e Supplier (ERS) approved by the BC Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch (GPEB)
○ Ticket sales will run from January 5 to March 31, 2026, or until sold out.
○ All purchasers must be physically located in British Columbia at the time of purchase.
○ Upon purchase, ticket buyers will receive an email receipt and electronic ticket numbers from Raffl ebox.
4. Draw Details
○ The draw will be held on April 4, 2026, at State of the Snowpack Headquarters, Nelson BC.
○ The winner will be selected by a random draw conducted using the ERS Random Number Generator (RNG) under supervision, in accordance with GPEB regulations.
○ The draw will be recorded, and a representative of SOTS will witness the process.
5. Prize Details
○ Grand Prize: 2026 Polaris 850 RMK Khaos 165 Snowmobile
○ Approximate Retail Value: CA $21 000
○ The prize must be accepted as awarded; no cash equivalent will be offered.
○ Pickup Only: The winner is responsible for arranging pickup and transport of the snowmobile from SOTS Headquarters in Nelson, BC. No delivery will be provided.
6. Winner Notifi cation & Claiming
○ The winner will be contacted by phone and email within 24 hours of the draw.
○ The winner’s name and ticket number will be posted on the SOTS website and offi cial social media accounts.
○ The winner has 90 days from the draw date to claim the prize. If unclaimed, a second draw will be conducted using the original ticket pool.
7. Use of Proceeds
○ All proceeds from this raffl e support the State of the Snowpack Public Safety Society (SOTS) and its Backcountry Public Safety Outreach Programs, which provide free avalanche-awareness and safety education across British Columbia.
